This is a brief Itinerary .

Hello and thank you for enquiring about my Wild life and Photography Course.

If you are looking to spend some time learning to photograph the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Wildlife and Landscapes and wish

to just sit, relax, learn about your camera, do painting from the boat or a quiet river bank, watch the wildlife and landscapes, or even

watch some yacht racing then this could be a way for you to still have some time out on the Rivers and Broads

and learn how to get the best from you camera equipment as my guest on board my boat.

I will be giving my time and expertise to give you the opportunity to spend time with me on board my boat as my guest.

There is a toilet and galley.

There is a full size shared cooker and refrigerator to use.

While you learn from me and take your own pictures, I will be doing all the boat handling so you can sit back, relax and unwind.

The views will include the wonderful landscapes that the Broads are set in, together with the wildlife, buildings, windmills, reed beds,

Norfolk Wherry's and evey thing that make the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads unique.

I will be giving you information about the various locations as we pass through the villages and points of interest.

There will be places that I should be able to stop off at so you can stretch your legs and opportunities to take photographs.

If you need assistance with your camera then that is where I can help, just ask and I will be pleased to help you.

As you will be on board my boat, guests will need to be able to get on and off by your selves as well as getting around the inside of the boat.

There are just 2 or 3 steps inside the boat to manage.

As there are 150+ miles of rivers and Broads, you may wish to see certain places, if you can let me know your requirements

then I possibly could take you there, depending time, distance and tides.

Some locations I will not be able to get to due to the various bridge heights, Potter Heigham bridge Wayford Bridge

and Wroxham Bridge can not normally be passed.

This may be the best option for you if you wish to spend some time cruising the Broads in a very relaxing and informal way.

There is no charge for the boat but my costs for the Days Experience are up to 150.00 for party of four a day . Other cost on a per person basics
starts from 60 per day

Normal starting place would be Stalham or Sutton on the River Ant and start time would be from 0930.

Returning back to Stalham or Sutton at a time to suit yourselves but normally about 1600.

On pick up we would cruise down the River Ant, going past Barton Turf, Barton Broad where it is said Lord Nelson learnt to sail.

Through the lovely village of Irstead, onto How Hill where we may be able to stop of a walk to the Eel Catchers Cottage and a super photo oppertunity for visiting The Secret Gardens at How Hill during their open season.

Passing under Ludham Bridge onto the River Bure and towards the village of Horning where you will see all the River Side property,

three river side public houses and various boat yards.

All offers a super chance of photographing wildlife and the landscapes of the Broads not normally seen by road or walking.
Once through Horning we pass Black Horse Broad, depending the time of the year we may be able to go into this Broad, a smaller Broad. Past that is Salhouse Broad and onto Wroxham Broad.

A 50% deposit would be required upon booking. Balance at least two weeks before arrival please. Any more details required then please feel free to contact me directly on 07879496714 or 01603 747782. Thank you. Paul Sergent
